The main reason mothers are depleted: low and out of balance minerals. Minerals breathe life into every enzymatic reaction in the body. Pregnancy & breastfeeding uses p o u n d s of them. Hey Mama! I'm Jess. Certified Mind Body Nutrition Coach specializing in Functional Endocrinology and Mineral Analysis. I'm over 2 years postpartum, is this course for me?
Absolutely. Once postpartum, always postpartum. Your body still bears the mark of this transition, and can benefit from replenishment.
How long will I have access?
This course and the content is yours for life. You will also automatically receive any and all course updates/additions I make in the future. I plan on making updates regularly based on continuing education as well as feedback from my course students. The goal is this resource is the ultimate guidebook and tool kit for all postpartum women. When you purchase you are not just getting this course but any and all updates I make in the future.
I'm a busy mom, what is the time commitment?
It is a self paced course, and I encourage you to sit in each module for however long you need to feel confident in implementing the tools & strategies. That said, a minimum of 4-5 hours for all course content is required. All content is video format though and can be listened to with headphones during contact naps or kitchen cleaning hours:)
Will I lose weight?
If you are looking for a postpartum weight loss course, this is not for you. This course is about TRUE health, which is not reflected in a number on a scale. In bringing cellular vibrancy and healing foundational systems in the body, we allow our weight to settle in a healthy manner. Some women may see weight loss, but my heart is that you would begin to see the number on your scale as irrelevant compared to the resiliency and vibrancy you feel in your motherhood.
Do you offer 1:1 work?
I created this course to help abundantly more women than I could working 1:1 in this season of my life in motherhood. I will be in the course answering questions for every student as they walk through the content. I do not offer 1:1 at this time.
I'm currently pregnant, can I take this course?
Absolutely! This actually is ideal as your body is giving copious resources to baby and needs replenishment in real time, not to mention a proactive approach will help set you up for a better postpartum. The majority of the course will still apply to you and I mention which tools are not safe during pregnancy. Either way, when implementing any changes in pregnancy I recommend checking with your care provider.
Is this a Diet and Exercise Plan?
This could not be farther from what it is. If you are looking for a meal plan and exercise regimen for postpartum, this is not for you. This course is EDUCATING you on your body and full scale nourishment so YOU feel empowered to support and replenish YOURSELF. Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Give a man a fishing pole, feed him for a lifetime. This is a fishing pole.
